10 months to go and doing it 1 week at a time

I have many reason to lose weight. I'm 29 and weigh 240lbs. My goal is for out trip to Astroia OR I will be 150 or 170. I have 10 months to lose the wait and I need help. I need support. I'm doing a video journal to show how things have gone. This first one will explain everything as to why and how I plan on doing it.

You can do it!! I lost 50 pounds in one year and Carla is right - it is a lifestyle change. I worked with my doc on watching my weight, and doing a crazy suggestion by him - fill my plate as usual and the toss 2 tablespoons in the trash. Believe it or not it works..you eat less and less. Also added in just a nice 30 minute walk - treadmill or just around the block.

We can do it together!! I am currently at 255 and my doc told me that my goal weight should be 170 based on my height and bone density. We'll see much less of each other in Astoria!

I don't "think" you can do it, I KNOW you can do it. I know what is it in your heart and I cannot wait until you see it for yourself.

The beginning of this video blog was so heartwrenching for me. I saw the fear in your eyes Aidin, and I wanted to take it away for you. But I know this is something you have to take control of on your own.

I'm proud of you for putting yourself out there. You will be held accountable now, there is no backing out. And you know me, I will push you as far as I can to see you suceed. You are not weak, and you are not defined by your obsitiy.

I love you, and I will support you through Hell and back.
